1、 ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump product overview:
The ISG pipeline pump, also known as the vertical centrifugal pump, is designed by our technical research institute and internal water pump experts using excellent domestic hydraulic models. It adopts the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps and SG type pipeline pumps, and cleverly combines them on the basis of general pipeline booster pumps. At the same time, suitable vertical hot water pumps, stainless steel pipeline pumps, and explosion-proof centrifugal pumps are derived from pipeline centrifugal pumps according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of centrifugal pump products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. This meets the standard requirements of JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery of China and is designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard.
Characteristics of ISG pipeline centrifugal pump products

1. The pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller of the pipeline centrifugal pump is directly installed on the long axis of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal of the pipeline centrifugal pump adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The installation and maintenance of pipeline centrifugal pumps are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the pump coupling nut.
5. The series or parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. Pipeline centrifugal pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

2、 ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Series Main Applications

1. ISG type centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ＜ 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) type hot water circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The operating temperature of the IRG type is T<120 ℃, and the operating temperature of the GRG type is T<240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.
Note: The suction pressure of the pipeline centrifugal pump is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
